Welcome to All Docs Reader! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the All Docs Reader mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information (including our commitment to not collecting any location-related data).
By using this App, you represent that you are at least 14 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
All Docs Reader is a high-performance utility designed to view, manage, and perform basic editing on various file formats, including but not limited to:
• Documents: PDF, Word (DOC/DOCX), Excel (XLS/XLSX), PPT (PPT/PPTX)
• Text & Code: TXT, Markdown (MD), CSV, JSON, XML
• Books: EPUB, RTB
• Media: Various image, audio, and video formats
The Service focuses on local file management and does not include GPS tracking or location-based data collection.
Certain premium features (such as advanced editing tools or specialized viewing modes) may require an account. You agree to:
(i) Provide accurate and complete information during registration;
(ii) Maintain the security of your login credentials;
(iii) Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to misuse the App or Service, including but not limited to:
• Using the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
• Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App’s software;
• Managing or sharing content that violates local laws or infringes on third-party intellectual property;
• Using the App to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
To use core features, you must grant the App permission to access your device's files/storage. You can manage or revoke these permissions via your device settings at any time; however, revoking access will render the App unable to open or manage files.
Premium features are available via paid subscriptions ("Pro Services").
• Payment Processing: All payments are handled securely through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card or billing information.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: To the extent permitted by law, all purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.
• Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings.
We reserve the right to update the App and these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
All content, software, trademarks, and assets related to the App are owned by the All Docs Reader development team or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Pro Services and access stored account data will cease.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's stability, the accuracy of file rendering, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Docs Reader and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if you have not used paid services).
The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple QuickLook or iCloud). Your use of those services is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or security of any third-party services.
