1.1 "All Docs Reader" (referred to as "the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a comprehensive document viewing and management tool supporting PDF, Office documents, plain text, eBooks, and multimedia files. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your documents.
1.2 By using All Docs Reader, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

1.4 The App is intended for users aged 14 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent, in compliance with COPPA.
2.1 Local Document Processing (Your Privacy): All Docs Reader is designed as a local utility. We do not upload, store, or monitor your personal documents (e.g., PDFs, Word files, images) on our servers. All file rendering, reading, and editing occur directly on your device.
2.2 Technical Data Collection: To ensure the App runs smoothly, we may collect certain non-identifiable information:
(i) Device Information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (IDFV), language settings, and App version. This helps us optimize document rendering for your specific hardware.
(ii) Usage Analytics: Anonymous data regarding feature usage (e.g., which file formats are opened most frequently) and crash reports to help us fix bugs and improve performance.
2.3 Permissions We Request:
- Files and Storage: Required to access, display, and save changes to documents you manually import or open. This is the core function of the App.
- Photos/Media Library: Requested only if you choose to view or save image-based files.
- Notifications: Used to provide updates on file processing or important App announcements. You may opt-out at any time via system settings.
3.1 No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or document data to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
3.2 Third-Party Services: The App may use standard system-level services provided by Apple (such as QuickLook for file previews or iCloud for file syncing). Your data handled by these services is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
3.3 Legal Requirements: We may disclose information only if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
4.1 On-Device Storage: Your documents remain in your device’s local storage or your private iCloud Drive. Because we do not provide our own cloud storage, we never have access to your private files.
4.2 Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption for any data transmitted between the App and our support servers (such as crash reports). We recommend using FaceID, TouchID, or a passcode to secure your device.
5.1 All premium features and subscriptions are processed through the **Apple App Store** (In-App Purchases). We do not collect or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account details. All transaction security is managed by Apple.
6.1 Control Your Data: You have full control over your files. Deleting a file within the App or uninstalling the App will remove all local cached data associated with it.
(i) You may withdraw permissions (Files, Photos, Notifications) at any time through your iOS/iPadOS Settings.
(ii) You may request the deletion of any support-related correspondence by contacting us via email.
7.1 We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
8.1 While we strive to provide a stable reading experience, we are not responsible for data loss caused by file corruption, hardware failure, or issues with third-party cloud providers (e.g., iCloud). We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your important documents.
